Warranties
Every
product that we sell is covered by a “LIMITED LIFETIME
WARRANTY” Basically this means that the mechanical aspect of
your blind or shade should last a reasonable lifetime under normal
wear and tear. Typically all mechanical aspects of our
products are covered for life, the limitations to this warranty
may vary from one product to the next. For example; your
real wood blinds are generally limited to 3 years of coverage on
the slat material, PVC faux wood blinds are limited to 5 years on
the slat material and your composite faux wood blinds are
generally covered for life. For specific concerns on a
product you might be interested in please don’t hesitate to ask.
In
the event you were to have a warranty issue we would typically ask
you to ship the blind back to the manufacturer and they would do
the repair and send it back to you. Usually you would be
responsible for the cost of shipping to the factory and they would
in turn pay the cost of shipping back to you.
